Sunshine Personal Training is a personal training service for women. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data.

Account details: name, email address, mobile number.

Health and fitness data: your questionnaire answers, height and weight, and your InBody analysis if you attach it.

Payment data: a photo of your bank transfer receipt. We do not collect card details.

To assess your readiness for physical activity, prepare a suitable training program, manage your subscription and contact you about it.

We process your health data based on the explicit consent you give when filling in the questionnaire. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Only the coach. Your data is never visible to other visitors or clients, and we never sell it or share it for marketing.

We use a cloud provider (Supabase) to store data securely and encrypted. Its servers are currently located in [Frankfurt, Germany].

Encrypted connections (HTTPS), password-protected accounts, access rules that stop any user from seeing anyone else's data, and private file storage reachable only through temporary links.

We keep your data until the coach deletes it or you ask us to delete it. When deleted, your data and attachments are permanently removed.

You have the right to access your data, request a copy, correct it, ask for it to be deleted, and withdraw your consent, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
